The idea of securing a nest in Spokane, Washington's very slim housing supply was challenging enough before the pandemic. Due to Covid-19, there is a severe housing shortage which is causing the value of the homes to rise significantly. 

Our goal is to secure our first home next Spring when our lease is up and we are praying that around that time the housing market becomes favorable to us. We have a 4 year old, 1 year old and a third baby due any day now. We would like to purchase a place in a safe area, close to family, where they can call home and where we currently reside is not ideal nor close to relatives. Being a single-income family of four, living on less than a teacher's salary has been tough, and with the cost of groceries rising and bills that still need to be paid, current times have been humbling. We accept the challenge, but appreciate the help!
