Pitone and Mareta Ioane with three wonderful young boys are wanting a dream home by next April of 2017 or the following year in February 2018 if our downpayment of 20% have not met. We want to get right into the dream home we would love to enjoy eternally for the amount of $250 thousands to $300 thousands. To be realistic, the 20% if we were to do it on our own would be longevity waiting in 5 years from now but we would love to move in sooner at least two years or early if possible. We are prepared with all the necessary factors in contribution to buying a house, but we only have 5% so far which is not enough and it is part of our emergency money. I found this Start a Nest online and I find it interesting so I wanted to join asking our friends, families, and whoever can help to assist us in donation for our down payment. My husband Pitone is a construction foremen worker for 5 years and I am a Junior in college, majoring in Paralegal Studies which in two years, I will help with income increase to make things possible for owning a home. We have been renting this place for 5 years including other years of renting somewhere else and we feel it is that time to buy our dream home. To be honest, we were not the most intelligent people in the world and we have made plenty of mistakes in our financial budgeting. This year we have vowed to try again, so we learned from our spendng mistakes in the past and make it happen this year which so far we have reached our emergency money goal in the saving. With your help, our family's dream house will come true. We will always remeber your kindness, so in the future when you need our help with financial during your crisiis, we will be happy to contribute, but as of now, we are tight with spending because of our internal dream home.
