Due to separation of family due to father/husband doing something he shouldnt. Single mother by temporary separation of two beautiful girls we are trying to find stability and a place to call our own. A permanent place and no more moving for girls of ages 7 and 1. Never owned a house before due lack of availability and circumstances never allowed for it. Now the opportunity has come and now we struggle to get the downpayment we need to ensure closing costs and 3.5% is there and the home being ours.
