I have stayed pretty silent about our current situation, but unfortunately, Vic and I are walking through the painful divorce process. My heart is broken at this reality, but I know God is faithful and I can feel Him holding me through this. Our current home that we have shared together, is owned by Vic’s mom so I am not entitled to anything from the sale of it. I am working with a lender and am now pre-approved to solely buy a home, but securing the down payment and closing costs is the biggest financial hurdle currently. I am working two full time jobs, as well as continuing with all of my side hustles (cleaning homes, photography, pet sitting)- so I’m saving as much as possible, every chance I get. But the short window of time I have, and the amount of money that is needed- seems almost impossible. But I also know that we serve a God who makes things possible!

For those that know me, know I struggle to ask for anything, let alone help in the form of money. However, I am swallowing my pride to ask for help in this situation where the odds feel stacked against us. You all know I am a fighter, an overcomer, and have amazing determination! So one of the ways I’m fighting for this, is by asking if you and your family will consider a donation to help us cover some of these costs. I will even barter my services of photography, house cleaning, or pet sitting. Izaya, Arianna, and I will be forever grateful for whatever you are able to gift to help us make this happen.
