We did it!! We closed on our beautiful dream home today, November 1st. Thank you thank you thank you for all the generous contributions and kindness. We couldn’t have done it without your help!!

I changed the photo to the actual house we are moving forward with. We did get a counter offer on the one next door to the grandparents’ house, but their price was out of our reach. However we stumbled upon our backup house which immediately became our favorite after we toured it. We offered and we were accepted within 24 hours. We are so thrilled.

We are under contract!!! Just a few loose ends to tie up before we sign our lives away. Hoping to close Nov 1, or sooner maybe?? Thank you thank you thank you to everyone who has donated. Chances are slim that we’ll get it. The market in our area is still blowing up, regardless of increasing rates.
