My grandpa left me his mobile home and my mom left me the property it's on when they passed away at the end of last year.
Trying to come up with the money to move back up to Michigan from Florida and and fix the septic system and eventually put a new mobile home on the property for myself and my two kids, along with starting a small farm on the property.
Funds will be going towards moving expenses, septic overhaul, deposits for electric, phone, and internet, and a down-payment on a new mobile/modular home.
Funds will also he used to purchase fruit trees, garden equipment, chickens and a coop, and take beekeeping classes and start an apiary.
