My name is Tim Dodenhoff and I'm teacher. My wife, Lauren, is a paramedic. We are excited to say we will be having a baby in November! After over 15 years, I'm headed back to home state of North Carolina (with our two lovely dogs in tow). But, we are having trouble with a down payment.
