We are a family of 5 currently living in a RV. We want to buy a new home that can fit all of us and allow us to create memories for our 3 kids within 4 walls and a roof. We have no family and found a neighborhood where our family can thrive, but the requirements for a downpayment make getting any home in the area out of reach.
