Doorsteps Swipe is an iPhone app that is modeled after dating apps like Tinder and uses REALTOR.com housing listings to help buyers find a home.
How does it work?
When you enter you simply see a photo of a house which takes up most of the screen. You can swipe left if you want to “pass” or swipe right if you want to “like” this house.
It’s fun! Swipe, swipe, swipe and you could find the house you are looking for.
You can filter so that you only see houses in your price range with the specific number of bedrooms you want etc. And the houses you like are saved so you can go back and review them later.
Other real estate housing apps have this functionality but Doorsteps Swipe has made it super simple in a way that is unique.
